About Me

 I am a Middle School Math teacher. I have been in education for about 7 years. I began my education career as a preschool teacher assistant working with ages infant-Pre-K5. After getting my secondary teaching certification for grades 6-12, I began my career as a middle school Special Education and General Education math teacher serving students in grades 5th-8th.

The work that students are being asked to do everyday in school is challenging and is taught differently than the way you and I were taught when we were in grade school. Because of this, LACEY's Online  Tutoring Service wants to offer affordable tutoring in the New Orleans area.  I’ve worked with numerous children consisting of the General and Special Education population and their parents/guardians throughout the local New Orleans area offering affordable and effective in-person tutoring sessions. For so many years, education has been on a back burner. Children are entering schools with minimal or lack of basic academic skills needed to excel in their current grade level. There are many factors that affect the way a child learns; however, it is our duty as parents, guardians, teachers, and mentors to ensure that our children have continuous access to affordable educational study-aid resources to help them succeed and thrive not only in school everyday, but through college and beyond. With my passionate love for the art of teaching our youth and my educational expertise in my field of study, join me and in helping and growing our future.
